Lovely little coffee shop. Gorgeous cakes an sandwiches. Actually picked a too good to go bag.. got alot.. an was all very fresh. Polite an friendly staff.. even the gut was whistling an sounded like an actual bird.. didn't have to wait long. Seating inside and out. Wheelchair access.. got na cold food an drinks are served. Limited parking for 30 minutes on the street.
Fantastic coffee shop situated in the heart of Hoole, great little Hangout spot for catch ups with friends and family. Perfect walking distance for Chester Creative Campus (Kingsway) university students. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

Probably one of the best costas I've been in in my life. Brilliant staff who work together, no big queues. Lovely environment, and staff clear the tables. Good team work here
We were waiting for train back to Liverpool and taking our pups to the park for a run. Walked past Costa and thought we would get a cuppa. With us having the pups we sat outside. We finished and then went the bathroom. We were informed then that Hoole Costa had become dog friendly and we could have gone inside. Always good to know when you have a dog.

The coffee as fab. However I had a ‘little Seizure’ in the Hoole restaurant s couple of weeks ago and I’ve only just been able to make this review. I just can’t say how grateful I was for the lady/ manager she was outstanding, cordoning of the area with baby highchairs, putting her own jacket under my head. I don’t remember any of this. What I do remember is her talking to me in a very calm manner asking me questions to keep me alert but most of all just being so very kind.I think her name was Sarah or something similar but I would like her to be acknowledged. What an outstanding employee. So many thanks.
